Shipping Policy

At Cake Creations Southport, every 3D-printed cake topper is made to order in our workshop in Southport, UK. We take great care when preparing and packaging your order to ensure it reaches you safely and in perfect condition.

Processing Time

Most orders are carefully made and dispatched within 2–4 working days.

During busy periods, particularly around Christmas and wedding season, processing may take a little longer. If you have a specific date you need your topper by, please contact us before ordering and we will do our best to help.

UK Delivery

Orders within the UK are sent using a tracked delivery service.

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

2–3 working days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delivery can occasionally take longer due to circumstances outside our control.

International Delivery

We ship our 3D-printed cake toppers internationally.

International orders are sent using a tracked delivery service where available.

Typical delivery times after dispatch are approximately:

Europe: 5–10 working days
USA & Canada: 7–15 working days
Australia & New Zealand: 10–15 working days
Other destinations: 10–15 working days

International delivery times are estimates only. Customs clearance can sometimes cause additional delays.

Customs, VAT & Import Charges

For orders shipped outside the UK, your country may charge import VAT, customs duties, taxes or handling fees.

Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping price unless specifically stated at checkout.

We have no control over customs processing times or charges imposed by the destination country.

Packaging

Our cake toppers are carefully packed to protect them during transit. Because many of our designs have delicate or intricate parts, please handle your topper with care when unpacking it.

If your parcel appears damaged when it arrives, please take photographs of the packaging and the item and contact us as soon as possible.

Delivery Problems

Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the care of the delivery carrier. If your parcel is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you and provide any available tracking information.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays or additional postage costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Damaged Items

We carefully inspect every item before dispatch.

If your topper arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and its packaging. We will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
